once i said to a friend who read my blog that whats in the blog stay in the blog, why ?
becouse most what i writen is about me, not others, its part of my lesson to know my self better and i dont want anyone who read my blog to discuss it in real life first, mean if i brought the topic first its ok.

and I think most of the blogger feel the same.. even in the blog you can type about anything BUT there's is a pit fall about bloging WHEN you blog about another person IS VERY DIFFERENT THING !!! especialy who can read you blog, who know you in real life, people can be get sued. But if you want to write like that make sure that you chose blog system that can be make your blog private ;)

Blogging tips

With recent incidents about the bloggers being put into jail, I guess we must exercise due dilligence in blogging. I found these tips after reading today's paper. Since it's useful and worthy to share I hope some of my friends will take time to read.

1. If you post pictures of someone in a compromising pose, without her consent, she can take action
(means to sue lah...)
2. If you call someone names or allege that something has happened, make sure you have got the facts right, lest you be sued for defamation
3. Reproducing published works without the consent of the copyright owner, eg using a piece of music on your site, is also against the law
4. And remember, the owner of the website is held responsible for posts by others as well
( I believe the last one also applicable to comments left by other people in your blog)
